What My Clients Say
We became first-time home owners with Karen Crist's exceptional help. When we outgrew our home years later, she helped us find a new house that was perfect for our family. And she sold our first one quickly, for more than we thought possible. The real estate market and home buying process can definitely be stressful but Karen always made it easy for us, she is both professional and caring, and we have been very lucky to work with her.

What My Clients Say
I’ve worked with Brooke Mitchell for almost a decade on various projects in the Stowe Community. I’ve not only witnessed her passion, energy and cheeriness firsthand, but have many clients who have expressed the same to me. One remarkable effort was the 2014 USSA Junior Nationals (Olympics) XC Skiing Championships in Stowe. Brooke was charged with many tasks, but most noteworthy was her town-wide planning for hundreds of athletes and families from across North America. Planning parades, opening ceremonies, awards ceremonies and being that “go to” person who you know will get the job done was a big relief to the organizing committee. I’ve also witnessed Brooke work on various projects with other non-profits in Stowe (plan and implement charity golf events, provide administrative support on-demand, etc.) and engage with many seconds homeowners to create their "home away from home” every time. Her tireless energy is memorable, and her ability to envision project outcomes and work collaboratively has served her and the Community very well

What My Clients Say
We highly recommend Karen! She helped us 9 years ago when we first moved to VT and didn’t know anything about the area. And then when we were moving again and quickly need assistance she stepped in and sold our home within a week!
